1. About This List
These are the third parties VERSAAS LLC uses to process personal data on behalf of the businesses that use Replyk ("Client Personal Data"), under our Data Processing Agreement at https://replyk.io/dpa/.
Our main database and application servers are hosted in the European Union.
2. Sub-processors

3. Services You Connect
The following are not our sub-processors. The Client chooses to connect them and has its own agreement with each, and we send them only the data the integration needs:
- WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, under Meta's terms, including the WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms
- Store platforms: Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce and the other stores you connect
- Shipping carriers: The carriers you connect to send orders and track deliveries
- Google Sheets: The spreadsheets you choose to import orders from or export them to
- Conversion tracking: Meta, TikTok and Google, when you turn it on
Providers we use for our own business, such as payments and measuring our own ads, are listed in our Privacy Policy at https://replyk.io/privacy/#data-sharing. They do not process Client Personal Data.
4. Changes to This List
We email the owner of every account at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing Client Personal Data, then update this page. To object, write to legal@replyk.io within that period. Our Data Processing Agreement explains what happens next.
