Is the Replyk mobile app free?
Yes. It is included with every Replyk plan. Sign in with the same account you use on the web dashboard and your businesses are already there.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. The Android app is live on Google Play. On an iPhone, the web dashboard works in any mobile browser in the meantime.
Do I need the app to use Replyk?
No. Everything in the app is also in the web dashboard. What the app adds is the camera scanner, Bluetooth label printing, and push notifications.
Which printers does it work with?
Bluetooth thermal label printers. Pair one under Settings, then print waybills straight from an order or from a batch of selected orders.
Which languages does the app support?
English, French, and Arabic, including full right-to-left layout, plus a dark theme.
